
Denis R. Mueller received his BBA in accounting from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas and is a 44 year banking veteran. He retired as President of the South Central Texas Region of Wells Fargo after serving 38 years with the bank and currently serves on the Wells Fargo South Central Board. He is very active on his two ranches in Westhoff raising Brangus cattle; one of those ranches is a Family Land Heritage Ranch, being in his family for over a hundred years. He has been very active on many boards and was one of the founding directors of the Dewitt Appraisal District, served on the Gonzales Area Development Corporation and many other boards. He is a current and founding member of the Gonzales Learning Center in Gonzales. He also serves as the President of the Nixon, Smiley, Westhoff, Cuero Hochheim Prairie Branch Board. Denis is active as a 65 year member of St. John Lutheran Church, Westhoff and is their treasurer. He and his wife Sheryl have one son, Kyle, who also graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos.
