Our Mission

The mission of the Guadalupe River Conservancy is to preserve the unique natural heritage of the Guadalupe watershed for future generations, by protecting open landscapes, working farms and ranches, and wildlife habitat.  Learn more about Our History.

Our Impact

As the only accredited land trust dedicated to the Guadalupe watershed, the Conservancy’s service area includes 16 counties stretching from Kerrville to the Texas Coast. Through ongoing collaborations with the State of Texas, local municipalities, federal agencies, conservation nonprofits, private landowners, foundations, and individual donors, Guadalupe River Conservancy protects open landscapes, working farms and ranches, and wildlife habitat.
